Ghaleb Darabya is Founder and CEO of Arab Minds and Managing Director of Cambridge Leadership Middle East Associates. Ghaleb was a Fellow of the Edward S. Mason Program in Public Policy and Management at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government where he co-chaired with Professor Marty Linsky Harvard’s Leadership for the 21st Century Executive programme. He is deeply involved in the development and practice of adaptive leadership with executives and students from across the Middle East. He has co-authored an academic paper with Professor Linsky, who worked closely with Professor Ronald Heifetz, the Founding Director of the Center of Public Leadership at the Kennedy School. Ghaleb published in collaboration with Professor Linsky a paper on Leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and wrote a booklet titled Leadership in A Changing World. As an advisor at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation, he designed an online e-learning program. He also served as the Director of Executive Education at Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, where he designed and delivered many leadership development programs throughout the Middle East. Ghaleb brings with him a decade of experience in diplomacy and international relations. In 2001 and for five years, he was a diplomat and an accredited representative to the United States in Washington DC and attended the 53rd, 57th and 58th Sessions of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. He received two master’s degrees in public administration from Harvard University and a second in Diplomatic Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of London. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Essex University, United Kingdom.
