Eugene Sullivan

Eugene Sullivan is a former judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He served in the White House on the legal defence team of President Nixon during the Watergate investigation.

For eight years, Judge Sullivan was in the U.S. Department of Justice, Washington, D.C. Later, before he became a Federal Judge in 1986, he served in the Pentagon for almost five years as the Air Force General Counsel and the Chief Ethics Officer of the U.S. Air Force after having served initially as the Deputy General Counsel. He also served in the Pentagon as the General Counsel of the National Reconnaissance Office, a then-secret U.S. satellite intelligence agency.
